I originally hired Keyz Salon to do hair for a wedding. There was a miscommunication between employees and management on pricing, and on the day of the wedding I was charged more than the agreed upon price. I was very unhappy with how management handled the situation at the time. However, after my original review the management contacted the bride, apologized, and refunded the money that was in excess of the original agreement.
