Thank you for reporting that the lock is sticking after our visit. That should not happen. We’ll schedule a warranty check free of charge and make the necessary adjustments.
They promised to arrive within a two-hour window and never called when they were delayed. I had to wait home all day and later learned they had double-booked. Extremely poor scheduling and customer communication.
Got my car opened in under 2 minutes!! Phenomenal service!!!!
We could not be more impressed with Cameron and KeyWest Lock Service. He, coincidentally, had an opening when we called about a faulty lock set that we wanted replaced, and was here within an hour. Great customer service and attention to detail, making sure it was working perfectly before leaving. I can’t imagine why we would ever call anyone else if we needed a service he provides.
