Customer service/scheduling, Raechel, is great. John Winter is phenomenal. He’s extremely knowledgeable but more importantly honest. I would choose to do business with KEYTH over any other firm in the city based on my experience with John. I highly recommend Keyth and have always had a positive experience... you get what you pay for.
My wife and I recently built a home and selected Keyth for our home security provider. We spent over $7500 on installation and equipment with Keyth. Almost three years have gone by since we moved into our home and we still do not have a functioning system. Keyth continues to bill us for annual monitoring fees yet doesn’t seem to grasp our frustration.

Great company and amazing service. If asked i would recommend them to anyone who wants an alarm system and people they can trust and count on. I am enjoying the more regular posts on Keyth’s Facebook and the useful extra tips.
