After coming here for their juice specials on Tuesdays for quite awhile, the past several times the employee “forgot” to ring in the special and I had to ask for it. Would have brushed it off as a mistake, but literally happened 4 or 5 times. Either was intentional or they are just truly inept at their job. I was sold a defective disposable vape which luckily I tried before leaving the store. Before exchanging it i asked if I could just get a different flavor because I didn't like the flavor I got (realized this when trying the vape). I was told no so now Keystone lost a customer over a $10 disposable vape.
Multiple times coming here and it’s always a be back in 10 min sign and it’s wayyyyyyyy longer then some damn 10 min. Someone needs to hire better staff smd
