These guys saved my business. Had a huge job to get out and it was time sensitive. Purchased two sewing machines from them about a year ago. Both worked great until I hit a huge zipper & knocked the machine way out of time. They helped me over the phone with talking me through the entire process of getting the machine back to running condition. It's the service after the sale that is just as important as getting good equipment. They did both.
Ordered a new machine. Got it in three days. A set of feet were missing from the order, and they sent it out right away. Nice machine, packed very well for shipping. I just put the machine on the table and I was set to go. No problems.
Had a twenty year old machine that I use many hours a week. After all that time it finally started acting up. I took it locally to a man that fixed machines & after three tries he could not get it working right. After a phone call I sent it up to Keystone. They had it for a few days & sent it back working just as good as when it was new. I was so happy that I bought a back up reconditioned machine from them. Today with many businesses selling nothing but boxes, it is good to deal with a business who takes the time to help you. I have bought (2) machines for my new canvas shop and they were on the spot on which machines I should get and what parts I would need to get me started. An attachment I bought from them saves me so much time and they go the xtra mile to help you out. I am very busy now and my equipment is very important.
