The representative from Alpine roofing was on time and gave a thorough explanation of the existing problems we had with our roof. He addressed the issues that he could. And gave, great feedback regarding how we could prevent further damage from occurring to our roof in the future.
We had a leak in our roof near our skylight. The Keystone crew (3 technicians) did a meticulous investigation to find the location of the leak. They discovered damaged OSB underlayment and inadequate flashing from a previous roof replacement many years ago was the problem. They carefully repaired the damage and installed new ice/water dam to make sure no water gets in. They did a great job cleaning up. They spent the entire day making sure the leak was completely fixed.
