New roof was put on house in November 2020. Shortly after that a leak coming from roof ridge was evident in ceiling. I asked them to check it. They did make adjustments. Leak did not get bigger. A few months later a similar looking water stain coming from the same ridge started. Also same time an area around a skylight began to show water stain. Paid for a full roof replacement. Not fixed. Still leaking.
Though we did not ultimately decide to go with Keystone to replace our roof, I just wanted to take a moment to praise their customer service. From the very first representative who took my initial request for an estimate to the very end - five stars. We worked mostly with Chris E., who was not only on time for everything, he was helpful and kind throughout the series of months it took our insurance company to finally accept/approve our claim. Working with two of Keystone's representatives gives me hope that customer service has survived. For companies that require their customers push 1 for this or2 for that or 8 for something else, be aware, Keystone has real people. What a difference. I received their quote, they arrived on time, completed the job on time and left on time. What more can you ask?
Keystone provided me with outstanding service. Louis ****** made the process very easy for me by speaking with the insurance adjuster, keeping me updated, and working around my work schedule. This is an excellent company.
I signed a contract and two weeks later the price went up without even asking me if I wanted to continue. I gave them the ins. check and the wrong shingles were sent. They made promises and didn't keep. I took pictures and MANY things not done or done wrong. Said they replaced some flashing but didn't. Just painted them. Two weeks after I gave them the check is when the price went up. "I forgot steep roof charge". The roof is only a 7-12. They have made threats of collection . Keystone Roofing did an excellent job putting on a new roof and fascia siding. Matt was very professional and helped make the whole process very easy.
William was very respectful and quick through the whole process. Keystone did an awesome quick job with the roof and I recommend them over any other company!
Keystone roofing did an outstanding job replacing our home roof. Matt was very professional and instrumental in facilitating and overseeing the project. The crew completed the job quick and left the yard clean as promised. I would definitely recommend and use their services again!
