I dont know anything about their driving or timeliness. I saw one of their vehicles today in a loading/unloading area. RUNNING. For who knows how long. Longer than 5-10 min it took me to run my errands. The ramp was down. I just dont like when people think its ok to leave their vehicle running and blocking even half of the drive way. Good way to have a kid get hurt or a vehicle stolen.
Writing this post under a friend's name...but I had the pleasure of being transported from Christiana Care (Newark) to my home in Middletown. Not only were the guys professional, but they were so nice & made me feel calm. I have to be transported via stretcher bc I'm paralyzed. They made the transition smooth. I will definitely recommend them to anyone
