Melissa has been absolutely wonderful to deal with. Her customer service, kindness, and genuine compassion really stood out. She has been incredibly helpful and supportive, especially when we had someone illegally parking in our spot. She handled the situation with understanding and professionalism, and truly went above and beyond to help us. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely cares about her customers. Disgraceful and completely negligent property management. One of their commercial restaurant tenants on Princess Street has been left without functioning air conditioning for months during extreme summer heat. The indoor temperature is dangerously high, creating a severe public health hazard and sweatbox conditions for everyone inside. It is completely suffocating and unacceptable. Keystone are the best landlords in Kingston! I have lived in Kingston for almost 10 years and my experience with Keystone has been unparalleled. Their communication and responsiveness with any issue that arises is extremely fast and helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone moving to Kingston!
Very shocked to see some bad reviews here. I have lived at Keystone for 2 years now and have had nothing but wonderful service, especially from Melissa. She answers emails within 2 hours, and every time I have a maintenance request, the maintenance guy shows up usually the next day. I am always told of visits to my apartment well in advance, and Keystone is very great at accommodating me. I wanted to say how professional and informative the office staff were during my recent showing. They took the time to explain local attractions, including nearby restaurants and pubs, which was greatly appreciated. The apartment I viewed was very clean and beautiful, and I especially liked that there is on-site maintenance available should any issues arise. Thank you again for taking the time to show me around—I really appreciated the experience.
