Having lived here almost 20 years, I still enjoy the water, weddings, and other entertainment at the gazebo, even the parades from my balcony. Within walking distance to the Police Department, Post office, many restaurants, a bookstore, and small interesting shops, the library is a bit further. People throw their garbage and trash in the laundry room from microwaves to dirty underwear. Smoking in the computer room as well as marijuana. Police are always there because cars get broken into or fights going on. People sneaking at night in the lobby and have sex on the couches. Bed bugs are everywhere. 15 to 20 people squatting in the townhomes with mattresses all over the floors. Very bad.

Pos. Everything about Ridgewood Vista terrible you get lied to when you sign the lease they tell you that maintenance will be in your unit once or twice a year to inspect the f****** caulking when in reality they'll be in your unit once or twice a month and then I'll throw remodels on top of that. There is even more to complain about but it would be redundant and ramble this place sucks don't f****** sign the lease unless you're homeless.

Bed bugs going on with a lot of theft to your personal stuff as well as your car. They let the people smoke marijuana and cigarettes. The computers is affected with pornography. Everyday you see somebody coming with all their babies to sleep over or they sneak in at night. Computer room infected with pornography. 15 to 20 people squatting in townhouses. Management don't do nothing to fix all the issues that be going on here.

This management company does not care about fairness toward tenants, they ignore complaints and concerns and tenant emails, they allow tenants to be treated disrespectfully, they allow and support their community managers using harrassment and discrimination and have no regard for tenants. They purchase low-income housing in an effort to monopolize on a demographic of tenants whose rights they care nothing about.
