I own a condo in a building this company manages ************ is the worst. They do not fix anything. I have been waiting since Oct. to have an out door light on and exterior area fixed. this area is real dark and needs the nighttime lighting. Its a safety issue. Made over 30 calls to them in a year - left VMs/emails. Not once has any call been returned. They charge $100 for application/background check fee. They do not preform this, so its basically stealing. they charge $18 to pay this fee with a CC. CC companies do not ch... read more
