Hot tub gave friends and I chemical burns and bleached the suits and underwear we had on. Keystone management refuses to even apologize or take accountability, the blame is being pushed off to their HOA, even through keystone are the property managers and the ones we paid $600 to. Now known as Tripalink. Bait and switch, room not cleaned on move in, no followup on maintenance requests, trash room overloaded constantly. Now management is making up fees that weren't in my lease to try and take my deposit. Make sure to document everything, no matter what leasing agent says. I spent a year trying to get my leasing agent to send me the move in documents listing everything wrong in my apartment.
