5 Stars They have competing pricing, and their office staff is always friendly and accommodating. They are always polite and willing to help in any way they can. Their delivery drivers are courteous and timely. It’s been such a pleasure dealing with Keystone as opposed to other companies we’ve dealt with in the past
I have always found Keystone to be price competitive. In addition their service is excellent. The office staff is always willing to help in anyway they can. I have used them for over 30 years. Of the other companies in the area they are indeed superior.
I have been with keystone propane for over 10 years now never had a problem
Horrible. Their regulator went inoperable and caused us almost $70,000 in home damage. Horrible time in our lives. Ceilings collapsed, multiple phase renovations for them screwing up! Look elsewhere they will deny their mistake when it comes to insurance. And the audacity to call me when my bill is dated the 1st and it's the 11th saying I'm past due? Asshats. Don't call me for your nonsense when you damaged so much of our property. Horrible asshats.
