Good service and good prices
We currently have empty tanks even though we were on auto fill. Came into town and it’s 15 degrees tonight. Can’t get ahold of any on3 for their so called 24hour emergency service. It’s calling a voicemail and a company in North Carolina. Whomever is over their Facebook is communicating and telling me they are closed. Which is the complete opposite of their website! We have 3 kids and it’s freezing and no one will answer or call back.

Service has been very good.
In 2008 we built a new home, and changed to propane for heat, on-demand hot water, and my stove. We purchased a large tank and they buried it. I tell everyone how pleased we are with the service, timely auto-delivery, and the best prices (thanks to owning our tank).

Keystone have me on a plan so I do not have to call when I need propane. When I do call the office they all are so polite with everything.
