The tenants are incredibly loud. There’s loud parties multiple days a week at around midnight and lasts until like 3AM.
Lived here for 2 years and loved it. Management (Maggie) was super responsive and helpful. The location is great and the neighborhood is beautiful with everything you could want within walking distance.
I live here. When I first moved In guest parking was available, it’s not anymore. The lobby and laundry room floods when it rains. Also when it rains, the water leaks through the walls & pipes in the laundry room causing a few washers and dryers to blow a fuse and not work. Sometimes the elevator works. Dust and white powered gets on your car, when parking in the structure. Management does respond quickly and location is convenient to grocery stores.
The building is a good value when compared to other neighborhoods. Residents are all very friendly. Management is responsive and better than a lot of mid-price apartments.
Relatively affordable apartments compared to other buildings in the area. The neighborhood is beautiful, and the tenants are kind and considerate with the shared space. Great management that is very responsive to any issues and wonderful when it comes to maintaining the building.
