Quack Bought my cairn terrier from the pet store in chambersburg and this mobile vets does on the exams on the puppies,the vet stated mine had a double groin hernia and I bought her anyway. I took her to my vet who said she had no hernia and got a second opinion, he just laughed when I told him who the mobile vet was. That should tell you what kind of knowledge and care you will get.
At home euthanasia My sixteen year old german shepard was part of our family. Unfortunately age took it's toll and it was time to say our goodbyes. We wanted to bury him at home. Keystone Mobile allowed us to hold him and say our goodbyes in the privacy of our own home. He passed in my arms with my children at his side and was buried in our yard. NOT GOOD SERVICE, ESPECIALLY FOR EMERGENCIES I had an emergency with my 13 yo male cat. He was vomiting yellow fluid, he didn't eat, poor coat and he was losing weight. He was also lethargic. I call Keystone...you would think being a mobile vet they would come to you for emergencies, not the case with Keystone. I called several times and gave them his symptoms. Great Vet! They are a wonderful service for what they provide. They are convenient when you have multiple pets and can it get it all done in one shot. They have always called me back to check on my pets. When my older dog was dying, they stopped to drop off additional medicine and did NOT charge me for an office visit. Yes, they run on a schedule by locality, and I know if I have an emergency to get my pets to an Animal Hospital. Takes your money and has NO HEART I had used Dr. Murphy and his staff for years and although I never had the best service, I stayed for the convenience. However my beloved Lab had a series of seizures and it was 7 in the morning. Mind you she has never had any health issues previously. When we called the receptionist she was terribly rude and insensitive, and when we did finally reach the Vet he wouldn't do anything for us because we needed to make an appointment, but it has to be between the hours of 8am to 5pm or your out ... read more
DO NOT DIS THE VET Dr. Murphy, his wife and staff are all very loyal, loving animal people and if you have never been on the "Vet" side of life......keep your negative opinions to yourself. Tell me the last time the vet came to your house and you didn't have ten other things for them to do other than the distemper shot they came to give!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Keep up the good work guys! FINALLY HAD ENOUGH!! Absolutely the worst vet in this world! No call backs! No Bedside manner! No emergency calls! When you call his office for advice you immediately get scammed to set up an appointment even though he was just here! Take the time to cultivate a relationship with your local vet clinic because this service has no desire but to take your money! I have finally had enough!! It may seem like a time saver..but if your pet is in need of immediate attention or advice....trust me you WILL NOT GET IT HERE!!!
PRECIOUS WONDERFUL!!!! JUST WONDERFUL!!! This service is so personal and they take their time with my dog. They explain everthing that my dog needs. I recommed this service to everyone and all my family and friends.
