Jason has been a great help getting me insurance quotes for home owners and auto insurance, providing multiple quotes from competitors to ensure I can find the best rate. He answers all the questions I have about insurance products and has helped resolve a billing issue with my mortgage escrow as well. I currently have my home owners insurance with Bear River Mutual and have been very happy with their service.
My agent has always responded promptly to questions and requests for help. I know I've asked the same questions about understanding my coverage several times, and he's always helped me understand for what I am paying. Whenever we have a new milestone with our coverage he reaches out. He's been 100% transparent when our rates change. He even made the comparison process easier a few months ago when we wanted to see what other options we had before renewal. Can better service be provided? I submit that it cannot! Good day sir!

In my past life, my job was to go and visit insurance agents in their offices to build positive relationships. I'm not going to use any names, but there were some folks out there that were just plain slimy and I would warn anyone I cared about to back the freak away from those miscreants. The folks at Keystone Insurance are kind, easy to contact and are always looking to score you the best deal for the necessary evil that IS insurance. Jason Rivera is my go-to guy.
