I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Keystone and their incredibly compassionate and professional staff. They all took such great care of my mom and included me every step of the way. After she passed, the staff took great care of myself and my family, ensuring we had all of our questions answered and felt as safe and comfortable as we possibly could. Keystone is easily the best choice you could make when it comes to hospice care. My dad said that himself many times, he truly felt like he hit the jackpot with them. The entire team was incredibly kind, patient, and responsive. They always took the time to answer our questions and were honest with us about both the good and the hard. It meant a lot. Keystone Hospice has been AMAZING. My care team is the BEST. My RN Shelby is super kind and caring, my bath aide Shelbi does an outstanding job,she got me all cleaned up with a bed bath, changed my bedding and even put lotion on me. My social worker Tiffany is a very kind and compassionate person and Drew the Chaplin is super kind and caring. Keystone Hospice is an outstanding organization. The entire staff, from admin to nurses and everyone involved are truly elite in their field. Not only are they all highly skilled, their communication is amazing. They show empathy, patience and kindness in everything they do. Five stars just doesn’t do them justice.
