Keystone HGR represented the seller for a house I recently purchased which was marketed as having a transferrable warranty (that was the responsibility of the seller to transfer). The transfer was never completed prior to closing so we attempted to rectify the situation by reaching out to Jordan and Keystone HGR. Mistakes were made by all parties (myself included, I didn't make sure the contract ensured the warranty was transferred) but his handling of the situation lacked integrity or honor.
