My results at Keystone were phenomenal! I have virtually no pain anymore after being almost unable to walk at times from back pain. I'd recommend this program to everyone.
I have been going to Keystone for about five weeks now. I am on the Ideal Protein diet and am down about 18 pounds. They are awesome! The food is good, I haven't felt this good in 10 years. They answer all your questions and are supportive. I am probably about 3-4 weeks away from completing Phase 1 and wish I would have done this years ago! Also, I am a paralegal and have always been skeptical of chiropractic care. However, I am excited to complete treatment at this facility due to their safe adjustment practices.
I have been to MANY chiropractors over the years. Keystone Health and Wellness Ctr has surpassed all chiropractic methods I have done in the past. I have been in pain for 10 years and have been prescribed pain medication, muscle relaxers, physical therapy and everything there is short of surgery.
