Misleading Communication This company is a master of deception and overcharging. They sent out letters with bold, eye-catching text stating, "If you are already on a monthly withdrawal plan, no action is required." The Hidden Fine Print However, buried in pages of fine print, it mentioned that we needed to contact them to arrange payment for a special assessment.
