Since Keystone Grey took over management of our Calgary building, the quality of service has fallen off a cliff. Requests go unanswered for weeks — if they’re acknowledged at all. And when someone does respond, it’s often clear they have little understanding of property law, owner rights, or even basic professionalism. I’ve had a great experience with Keystone Grey. Loveline is always helpful, professional, and quick to assist.
The company seems reasonable, but the fact that our property manager seems non-existent and that Keystone as a company isn't doing anything about it warrants the 1 star review. The one positive is when our property manager (Martin Gates) was on vacation, things actually got done because Loveline, and others, were taking over while he was gone. So Loveline is great.
