How come every time I schedule an apt with Barbara haeckler I’m ALWAYS waiting 2 hour. I’m sitting back in pod F room 4 as I type this I’ve been here since 2:15 I was told ONE person was in front of me and here I sit TWO HOURS LATER ! What the heck is going on !? Literally about to walk out this is just poor business on her end ! Not to mention once she gets in here she’s gonna talk to me MAYBE 10-15 mins and we will be done! Super disappointed in this woman time and time again.
RecommendedDr. Steve's as well as all of the nurses were great. I never go to doctor unless its dire need, and they all made me feel comfortable and had all precautions in place ,considering the current situation with covid-19. Dr. Steve's listened to everything I had to say, and kept asking if I had anything else concerning me, answered all of my questions and solved problems I wasn't even going to doc for. Very impressed. I might just start seeing a doc on a regular like I should. Thank you Keystone Family Medicine....
Very personable staff. Dr. Steves was very friendly and showed compassion and care about my health.
Unfair billing. Go for a yearly physical and typically get your maintenance refills at the same appointment. About two years ago they hand you a paper that says they will bill separately for refilling prescriptions. You have seen the doctor for years so you figure an extra $20 or $40 to not have to hassle with finding a new doctor. Sure. They billed $207 to fill the same prescriptions I have taken for years and blame insurance for it, which is simply not true. It’s all about how they choose to bill and code. Appointment was at 11 AM, we did not leave until almost 1 PM. pretty unacceptable in my opinion. Everytime I'm there, it ends up being a 2 hour ordeal
I was there for 2 hrs and 15 min just to get test results... very upset... got there at 330 apt was 400 never got out till 545 dr was with me a total of 5 min maybe... not right
