Some things about this place drive me nuts! – I have had the exact problems as jmildred. I, too, work nights and sleep during the day. My annual inspection (which I find RIDICULOUS) day, I had to sleep in my car. I've come home other times to find that they've been in my apartment and left a note with the bit of hair they found in all my drains on top of it, saying it could be part of grounds for eviction and that they were "worried about me". Best in Town!!! – I've been living there for about 4 years. Highly recommended to anyone that wants to save money and live in a safe and quiet environment. The managment staff are friendly and willing to help with any repair needs. Give then a call and ask for Ron, Cindy, or Jim and they'll glad to show you around. If you are not here in Keystone East, then you are missing out!!!
not the best, but could be much worse.. – I have lived here for a couple years, and have a cat that lives me too. Last year I was having trouble with the toilet overflowing, so I asked them to look at it while I was going to be out of town. I got back to a note that accused me of flushing cat litter down the toilet. I have had cats my whole life, and I am not a moron, I think I know not to do that.
