Staff is so friendly! Dental work is top notch, and the team is very caring and professional. It doesn't matter if it is a cleaning or a crown, this group is number one in my book
Dr. Fraker and her team are excellent. I've had a lot of dental work over the years and a few dentists, and Dr. Fraker is at the top of the list in terms of quality. She's thorough, knowledgable, patient, smart and has a ton of integrity. She's patient-focused and is concerned about doing what is best for the patient. Same goes for the hygienists and dental assistants. Everyone there is a highly experienced professional.
From the way the front desk greets you, to the way the billing department looks out for me vis a vis insurance, to the way the hygienist empower me with knowledge, or the dentists advocate for me when they refer me to specialists, I feel cared for holistically by everyone in this practice. I dare say that I enjoy my dental visits and feel appreciated every time.
This was my second visit to this dentist. I want to compliment them for their continued kind, efficient staff. She does a very thorough exam. I felt safe and well cared for.
My experience at Green Lake Dental Care was one of the most pleasant of any of my visits to the dentist. The front office staff were welcoming and patient with me as I completed the new patient paperwork. X-rays are hardly ever a comfortable experience, but Nancy overcame a finicky x-ray machine to obtain films quickly and efficiently. I have been a patient of this practice for more than ten years. The care provided is high quality and delivered in a timely manner. Staff is skilled, kind, delightful, from Drs Sarah and Alana and all of the ancillary staff (dental assistants, dental hygienists, and non-clinical staff).
I have been going to Green Lake Dental Care for over 20 years. The care is excellent and the staff is really friendly and helpful!
