Surprisingly one of the better builders in Marysville. Rob the superintendent ran a tight ship. Not sure about the new superintendent...
The sales rep Vicki is responsive and helpful. The construction manager Rob was responsive and helpful as well. How ever the building crew could improve. Within the first month I had HVAC issues. Rob sorted them out for me but it was a shame that it was due to carelessness during construction. I also have a lot of un even walls which I'm hoping will be addressed at my one year inspection.
