Keystone Consulting Engineers completely dropped the ball on my minor subdivision. A job I was told would take at max 5 months ended up being just shy of a year. Once they told me everything was completed, I paid the invoice in full. Then, after hiring a different firm to do the septic design, the township informed me, Keystone neglected to file the state requirement for all subdivisions, the component 1 sewage module.
