LONG review incoming, time for this place too close down, like asap lets talk about it!. they are understaffed ,long to respond, young adults (20-25) can work with kids (11-18) ?! the youth here make hom0ph0bic and racial remarks and the staff don't bat an eye not explain why its bad to say slurs and discriminate. there is a school inside this program and every few days they make you walk on a freezing cold trail for an hour and a half…. why are we making teens, possible runaways walk at Inglis falls and at West rocks… are ... read more
hey !! i was a youth here and to any other parent/guardian/youth reading this, please don’t send a referral into here, not just does it take WEEKS to MONTHS to get in, this place only stays with you for a solid 3 years…, this place is not long term at all and i would not rely on them, id recommend trying a bit out of town, workers here unfortunately are always leaving, quick to discharge, and also takes forever to get into this place, they also care much more about your education MUCH MUCH more then your mental health. if yo... read more
My daughter went to them for support about her 12 year old son...he was abusing her and his 7 year old son they did show some support in the beginning but the counselor she had was empty in the head he would not return calls or emails which upset my daughter to where she was in tears. There were to help her find him a treatment program to help with his explosive behavior she had a meeting with keystone and told he that her son doesn't meet requirements so she asked to get a copy of the refusal form and was told no....what an... read more
