I had a few issues with the build. There were quite a few things that I had to fix myself after the warranty was past. As far as the home, Arbor doesn’t take pride in their craftsmanship. I’m not an expert but can tell the inconsistencies of a rushed and half attempted job. The appliances and utilities are builder grade. Just big enough to pass inspection. So far I’ve had to replace the hot water heater and considering the furnace, as it isn’t adequate enough. The roofing that I chose wasn’t done very well. I upgraded as I w... read more
