36 minutes on hold after I wouldn't buy the $270 diff that the lady on the phone offered. I knew they had a diff for $94 dollars and they intentionally tried to rip me off for another $170. So after taking 3 days to send me the proper info I go to pick up the diff and get the run around again. "what was your name?" what was your order number?"
