I am extremely disappointed with Keystone in West Palm Beach. Since last week, I have been trying to purchase a hood, and the delivery, which was supposed to happen on Monday, has been delayed multiple times. Today is Friday, and I still haven't received the part. The people who answer the phone are rude, and on several occasions, they hung up on me.
