I ordered a window motor for my truck 2005 went there to pick it up and it was for a 2004 F250 Diesel I am glad I double-checked it before I left the parking lot please keep your fingers crossed I get reimbursed cuz I will not be buying from them again my neighbor even had problems with them he ordered a sunroof and all the parts all he received was the sunroof and no parts and still has not been reimbursed. I called to try to get a part for my car i spoke to someone named bob he has very bad customer service he said he didnt understand what i was looking for and hung up the phone
Very negative experience. Volvo Needed window for a car show was told by Theresa it was in stock, available next day late afternoon at the latest, then Theresa called and said it wasn't available until Monday (short handled). I received a call Monday morning it was ready. Drive 45 mins and what was waiting for me was the complete wrong one. Called Theresa back to let her now and ask why or how this happen. Was Sold the wrong product. Then had to eat 50 bucks when returned. Id say make sure you double check when ordering but doesnt make a difference. Scaming at its finest
