they dont stand behind their warranty
We have been denied a warranty repair on the bonus room slide. The sheeting on the underside is cracked. Keystone says the cracks are caused by the screws, and that the screws are not part of the manufacturing process so they will not cover it. I am a member of a Montana website and asked others to check their trailers. Many have said they also have screws. A couple have said they have had the same issues with the cracks around the screws and they have been repaired under warranty. Why is mine not being covered?!
I understand that with ANY NEW trailer these days, you are to expect some things to either break, need adjusted, need fixed, etc. What I didn’t expect however was such complete neglect on the part of Keystone manufacturing, supposedly one of the better brands out there to put your “trust” into. Fix the bubbling exterior walls. My Outback did this and I thought it was damage. Did our yearly insepctions treated the roof sealed everything. Took it in to file an Insurance claim. The RV bodyshop then informed our Insurance that this was NORMAL for Keystone & sent them photo's of 7 other Outbacks with the exact same issue on their lot. Traded that sucker in for a better quality product with better service.
this is the most piss poor quality rv i have ever spent money on its a new 2019 montana water leaks oh and the dangerous electrical issues here is one invoice i had pay they said we will pay you back still have not seen any money. they dont care about the people who buy the product hell they dont care about the quality of the product. never buy keystone rv !!!!
RecommendedKeystone resolved a major problem! A manufacturing defect and they made it right! Great dealership that worked hand in hand with keystone to make the situation right! Couldn’t be happier with the customer service and the quick resolution of our problem!

Mike has always been amazing! I've been through a lot of vehicles and he always finds time in a very busy schedule to do an amazing job every time, for both my parents and I! Definitely recommend!
