I am absolutely disgusted.. We bought a Brand new 2019 Keystone Cougar and 2 weeks after we bought it we woke up soak and wet. after spending 40,000 we could have bought a tent and stayed dry. nobody is willing to help. we bought all the extended warranty packages they offered. and we have had our camper about 4months out of the Year and 3 months owning it. it is full of mold and that was on their part for not fixing it while it sat at the shop uncovered, knowing there was a leak. Should have read the reviews before purchasing our trailer! Purchased a 2019 Springdale last September. Used it 2 times then closed for the winter. Went to open it up only to find major water damage where it had been leaking all winter long. Our dealer, Modern Trailer in Anderson,is trying to make things right but Keystone is not wanting to repair it correctly. Glad my son-in-law is a lawyer. Will be turning over to him if not restored completely. Along with the $300 mattress replaced.

Bought a 2018 34TSB brand new. In less than 2 years it was scrapped. Had a black water leak that rotted the front of the unit. Between the dealership and Keystone it took them 20 weeks to replace my unit. It was replaced with a 2020 unit. I lost a whole camping season. Seasonal lot let of $2000. Payments worth $1925 and insurance worth $300. The company nor the dealership located in Chelsea Mi offered a loaner or any compensation for funds lost. Poor quality.
