Their billing process tried to improperly stick us with charges that are illegal, under the 2022 No Surprises Act. It took days to resolve this illegal charge. Then, it happened again, and just like the last time, it took days to resolve the charge. I just got a bill for another charge, which they told me was already resolved. This is the third time.
