My dive watch; which I'd already had to send back to Ontario to get fixed when it started leaking at 130' (instead of the promised 1000'.....with a six month turn around) was on the fritz less than 48 hours before another dive trip with my kids. I dropped it off at 1600 on Wednesday and Doug had it fixed by 1100 Thursday even better than the manufacturer did the first time. You really can't beat their level of service and commitment anywhere. They are all around fine people!

The best of the best. Friendly courteous and caring. A third generation jeweler, Doug Key is the ultimate professional. His knowledge is unsurpassed. I collect antique wrist watches and Doug has restored all of them. His right-hand man Johnathan is my "go to" guy if I ever need an opinion. Johnathan helped me put together my fiancé's engagement ring and she was absolutely thrilled with the outcome. We should all patronize family businesses and there is no better family than the family at Key's Jewelry.
To have worked at Key's Jewelry, I can attest to the fact that there will never be a more loving, fair, honest, and Christian family owned business. It is now owned by the third generation of Keys, and I hope it continues!!
