They took over my neighborhood 2 yrs ago. . We live in a deed restricted community in Nokomis Fl. . We paid 250 dollars a yr to the HOA, before they took it over. Key raised it to 500 dollars in one yr. A doubling. Now Im being told its going up to 750 dollars. I've tried numerous times to contact them, but no one responds. Its extremely frustrating and upsetting.
Very disappointed!! This management company is poor at trying to communicate and resolve issues within their communities. This should be their forte as a management company; don’t you think?
