Very outdated and owners do not care for their tenant's human rights.
Someone thinks there is no bathroom there is bathrooms in the Clubhouse. There also the main pool and spa now open. This is a private Condo if you live here you have a bathroom in your condo.
This is definitely an older complex. It could use alot of sprucing up. I think that it has an older HOA. They don't welcome change or maybe it's the majority of the tenants? There are some major upkeep items that are clearly visible as soon as you drive in. The parking lot is bad. The parking here is tight, literally. Most of the spaces are for mid-sized vehicles.
