From the initial property viewing, this team went above and beyond to accommodate my erratic work schedule, my technical limitations (vis a vis the lengthy application process), and my availability. They were always communicative and responsive, and helped to smooth out a somewhat difficult transition to a new home. I highly recommend this team, if Key Renter San Diego is managing a property you’re considering.
We’ve had an amazing experience with Keyrenter! Argu and Israel have been so positive, flexible, communicative and all-around helpful every step of the way. They respond very quickly to maintenance requests and seem genuinely invested in creating a great experience for their renters. Best rental management company I’ve ever dealt with! Fara and here team have been exceptional in managing my rental in San Elijo Hills. Her team is responsive to my tenants and always provides alternatives to resolve any issues that arise. They are considerate and professional with the tenants. I feel that I am in good hands and plan to transfer more rental properties to their care. Keyrenter's motivated team was responsive, easy to work with, detailed, and delivered a quality Tenant ahead of schedule. They also collaborated with the Owner to establish a set of important house rules (e.g. utilities reimbursement, technology usage). Thanks for greatly exceeding expectations as a Property Manager.
