Horrible communication with all employees except Tiffany. The owner, Bill, never gave my husband a call back when he was supposed to 3x. We went through so many hoops and never got an email or letter if denied or approved. We had to play phone tag for weeks to get any answer on that, finally was transferred to Tiffany and she cleared things up. Hands down worst property management company I've ever dealt with! Put my application in, jumped through all their hoops, waited weeks to hear anything so I started calling them back. One of those calls was with Erica, who is extremely rude and unprofessional! When she answered I couldn't hear her at all because I guess she was talking to someone else in the background and had me on speaker. I said hello, how are you today?
