With a five star rating, I highly recommend Keyrenter Property Management. David and Paulina have provided excellent customer service for the property I lease from them. I had a seamless move in process and the AC issue I had with the house was resolved quickly and without any stress. If you need to lease a property, this is the company to work with. After five years we have found that our relationship with KeyRenter is not what it used to be. They recently requested funds to fix an issue we already paid them to fix, and they are struggling with keeping the owner payments accurate and timely. Our properties stay vacant longer between tenants. The make ready costs between tenants is in the thousands each time. Their repairs result in tenant complaints.
