A dream team! I've had one of my properties under management with KeyRenter Metro for the past 5 years and I'll tell anyone that will listen to me how much I appreciate finding this company. Keyrenter dc has been terrible to work with. They are completely unresponsive. Trust the 3.5 Google rating.
This company is dishonest and terrible. They will lie and deceive you then start avoiding your calls. One of their properties caused severe water damage to my condo unit and the unit below mines. They admitted it was their fault because they refused to replace their units ac/hot water heater. Their tenant had no heat during the cold winter months, which resulted in pipes bursting.
