This company is dishonest and terrible. They will lie and deceive you then start avoiding your calls. One of their properties caused severe water damage to my condo unit and the unit below mines. They admitted it was their fault because they refused to replace their units ac/hot water heater. Their tenant had no heat during the cold winter months, which resulted in pipes bursting. Ms. Shayla Green, was the property manager, for address, (Nice Townhouse), 4766 Towne Boulevard, Suitland, MD 20746. Since 10-01-2024, the owner, started managing here her own property. My lease, was from 10-01-2023 to 09-30-2024. I have paid to the agreed terms of the lease, for 12 months, this lease is not on month-to-month agreement. Ms. Green, has not returned and emails or answered my calls, on my deposit money being returned, 45 days will be 11-14-2024, as stated in the lease.
