On 3-3-25 I started work as an employee for keyrenter property management miami west a franchise owned and operated by Roel VanDeVen. My position was maintenance technician. On monday 3-3-25 I started by scheduling appointments and admin. On tuesday 3-4-25 I went out on field to appointments. While I was out I experienced that properties were run down and in need of a lot of maintenance.
