Horrible experience so far, our landlord chose this company to manage his properties about 6 months into our original lease, today I locked myself out with my three year old daughter and I was told I can have someone come out with a key for $150 charge or $50 to pick up a key, mind you I live .4 miles away from their office. When I texted back saying I found it outrageous that they have charge to the tenant to unlock a door that they keep spare keys to they replied with a thumbs up emoji. Extremely unprofessional.
