In early December, I had issues with ice dams and at the recommendation of a friend, I called Key Prime. Unfortunately at the same time my husband was in the hospital in serious condition. The team at Key Prime, including Ashley, Monette and Scott were so personally supportive and caring. The people at KeyPrime were great to work with. The windows and sliding deck door are solid and beautiful. No frosty issues even with the below zero wind chill.
Most professional and friendly company I have ever worked with. My garage roof was repaired on time and within our budget. We were turned down by a lot of local roofing companies, because repair was only needed on a portion of the garage roof, not the entire roof. So thankful we found them.

I had a fantastic experience with Keyprime Roofing after a tree fell on my home in August 2024. Jordan came out the same day to assess the damage and help me file my insurance claim, which was a huge relief. Rachel handled all the back-and-forth with the insurance company and made sure everything that should be covered was covered. She was extremely responsive.
