Unbelievably helpful and considerate of the customer's needs! I just moved to Minneapolis, less than two weeks ago, noted water running off my roof, holes in my gutter, water coming in the back door, etc. Ashley came out first thing in the morning, drew up a contract pronto and sent someone out SAME DAY to help literally stem the flood with some diverters, etc, until they can come out and fully install functional gutters. 5 actual GOLD STARS to this company!
Companies talk about their customer service, integrity, and professionalism. Keyprime demonstrates these. From office staff to the roofers all were courteous along with the above mentioned. I would hire them again and definitely recommend anyone needing their services.
Called keyprime for a recent hail storm. The team came out quick and confirmed hail damage. The team worked swiftly with my insurance and were able to get a bunch of work done as soon as they could. I was also able to get additional supplemental work done and the team got my roof up to code. I was offered upgrade shingles at a small cost. All new gutters, shingles, and decking. Scott, Ashley, and Rachel has been very professional and communicated things clearly and swiftly. I highly recommend the team.
Just had our soffits, facia, gutters, and down spouts replaced. From the time estimate with Jordan to the project management form Scott, this team is great! They kept me updated each step as to what was going to happen each day, and got it done right! Class act company and people, it was a pleasure doing business with them!
