We have needed new windows since moving into our current home 13 years ago. We never pulled the trigger b/c we were nervous about the cost and about what time of year we should do it. In early December, I had issues with ice dams and at the recommendation of a friend, I called Key Prime. Unfortunately at the same time my husband was in the hospital in serious condition. The team at Key Prime, including Ashley, Monette and Scott were so personally supportive and caring. While we were not able to address the ice dams because of issues beyond their control, they went above and beyond. The people at KeyPrime were great to work with. The windows and sliding deck door are solid and beautiful. No frosty issues even with the below zero wind chill.
Most professional and friendly company I have ever worked with. My garage roof was repaired on time and within our budget. We were turned down by a lot of local roofing companies, because repair was only needed on a portion of the garage roof, not the entire roof. So thankful we found them.
