KEYPRIME did our new roof in March 2025 after the storm Helene of 2024, I also add gutters. Mr. Pat personally explained what the company could do for me. He is very knowledgeable and made the whole process so easy. He also brought Mr. Scott to our initial meeting, which is the project. mangr. Keyprime Roofing and Remodeling did an exceptional job with our siding repair and we could not be happier with how the project turned out. They were quick to respond to all of our questions throughout the process. I cannot say enough good things about Pat and his team.
Worked with them on a new roof and damaged siding after last years storm. We had to do most of the work with the insurance, as it was short notice to get the work done in time. The lack of communication as we were out of town during the time of them redoing and fixing things wasn’t ok. They never called to tell us when people were coming to work, we had to make those calls. .
