I highly recommend this company! I was dealing with some flooding issues with all the rain, and they went out of their way to squeeze me in for an immediate installation. The representative was on time and knowledgeable, and the crew was prompt, friendly, and hard working. They did an excellent job with the gutters and left the area spotless.

Key Prime Roofing took down our 118 year old patched and deteriorated chimney above the roofline, closed up the roof and used shingles I had that matched. Started at 8 am, put up scaffolding, removed brick and chimney interior, completed roofing installation, and hauled away every scrap by 5 pm. Beautifully finished roofline at a reasonable price. Look at the great job. Chimney used to stand tall where you now see a white cloud. I highly recommend Key Prime Roofing.

I contacted Keyprime to inspect my roof after the hail storm. Pat Hall from Keyprime was amazing negotiating with my insurance company, full approval and a brand new roof and gutters, Scott and the production team where incredible, and Heidi in accounts receivable helped me finalize the insurance payments. They even helped me finance remaining balance

I had an outstanding experience working with Jordan Hall of Keyprime R&R. Jordan was knowledgeable and courteous. First he took time to make sure he understood my needs and expectations, only then did he discuss what the process would be with MY roof. I also was very impressed by the fact that if he was not able to answer a phone call immediately, my call was returned within minutes. Keyprime Roofing and Remodeling is well represented by Jordan Hall. He is a class act.
