Handyman Eduin is always super helpful whenever we have some maintenance request. He communicates well, is very timely and fixes whatever we need promptly.
After we signed the lease, they stopped really answering any of our questions and requests. There is no urgency and fairly spotty and poor communication for important things like heating and water in our unit.
