AVOID ANY BUILDING “MANAGED” BY KEYOPP! This management company is a complete joke. Disorganization and lack of communication are their main attributes. Over the course of 2 years, every time I called regarding a maintenance request or anything else regarding the property I resided in I was told my address was not in their portfolio. Every time they would have to call me back after “looking in to it further” but never had a problem accepting rental payments for the property.
