As a resident there have been many bumps in the road with KeyOpp including not properly notifying residents of power or water being shut off. Nothing has been as unlivable as the past 2 months. KeyOpp did not respond efficiently to a major leak, leaving water in the walls for 5 weeks. Now I have had no access to my kitchen for nearly 2 weeks, likely looking at 3.
