I’ve had a positive experience working with Austin so far. He’s been responsive and accommodating throughout the leasing process—from the initial viewing to lease signing and the move-in inspection. While there were a few hiccups in communication around some lease specifics that weren’t fully resolved, I appreciate Austin’s overall support and professionalism. I’m looking forward to moving in next week and feel good about the process so far.
