The locksmith is a SCAM! STAY AWAY! Website says prices up front, locksmith told me he would give an estimate before doing anything. Total LIE and SCAM! My daughter accidentally locked us out of our new apartment just hours after moving in last night. My daughter wasn't even wearing shoes and we were stuck not knowing what to do. I made keys at the kiosk inside 711 store at this location. They kinda bend, which was odd, not a lot but even a tiny bit is odd. And they did not open my door. I thought that was it, but after a lot of giggling and moving up or down slightly, I got my lock opened and closed twice. Not what I was expecting. I also called them when I got locked out recently, and am automated system asked me for my zipcode then said there are no agents to take my call and hung up.
