Understand that they will charge you money if you cancel a lockout service and don't have services rendered. This was not disclosed to me. On a good note, they were prompt to find a technician to come help with my vehicle!
I would use a different service was told 20 min took a hour. They will change the price on you told me 140$ then went up to 200$ just to unlock my car door.
Guy who helped me was nice and the wait time wasn't too long (less than 2 hours). But the cost! I was quoted $80-$120 when i called and they charged me $170. My car was parked at home. Had I been accurately quoted, I could've bought the tools with next day shipping and opened the door myself for less money.
