I would use a different service was told 20 min took a hour. They will change the price on you told me 140$ then went up to 200$ just to unlock my car door.
Guy who helped me was nice and the wait time wasn't too long (less than 2 hours). But the cost! I was quoted $80-$120 when i called and they charged me $170. My car was parked at home. Had I been accurately quoted, I could've bought the tools with next day shipping and opened the door myself for less money.
Absolutely horrible. I wouldn’t have left a review but they sent me an obnoxious text requesting a review. Long story short I wasted 20 minutes trying to get a key made and nothing happened. Inserted key. Swiped credit card. Waited and watched while the machine tried to make a key and unsold me continuously for 10 minutes or so then said “something went wrong” - I hope I get a refund for the horribly overpriced keys. $9 or so for something that true value could have done for $1.99. Stay away!!
I was refunded in time when the first key had a default
