Bad business practices, want paid up front for their services (over the phone) and then fail to send a locksmith tech. The way they do business shouldn't even exist. It's bad enough your locked out, but then to be out a $100 for a week, 5 days to refund your money, and wait outside for an hour for a locksmith who isnt even coming, is a joke! Just be honest. If you don't have an available locksmith don't take my money and dont say they will be coming!!
