Okay, so I am just here to tell you honestly that these guys were very nice and very quick to let me back into my house. The reason I am going two stars…. $475!!!! To let me and family into a door that was locked from a knob. We were stuck, it was an emergency but like I could book a trip somewhere for that much money. Again very nice, was here in 30minutes but highway robbery!

The keys were fast and easy to make. The machine was in a convenient location, but, the keys don’t work very well. I have to really jiggle them in the lock in order to get them to work. There was an opportunity to pay 2.99 extra per key for a smoother cut key, which I declined, but, I would think that the basic price should include a key that works.
