They charges $11 for 1key that is less than $1 at home depot or Lowe’s. Then they wanted to charge an extra$3 for smoothing the key where it’s down free at the store. Addressed the need at the time but with 11x the price.
Just got a key made and it didn’t work. Needed it in an emergency and a rush so Safe to say I’m not pleased. Don’t get ur key made by them if you’re ready to be disappointed aggravated and all of the above. Ten dollars of my money gone !
Made a copy of our new house keys and when I went to open the door, it didn’t open. When I compared it to the original copy, I noticed that there was one “tooth” that wasn’t properly copied over and it isn’t opening the door.
